Method of paying

I'm really interested in playing this game, and I was just wondering what the method of paying would be for the monthly fee.

You can use a credit card subscription (Pick your time duration, cheaper the bigger the block you buy). Alternatively you can walk into Dick Smiths or GPStore or most retailers and pickup a game-time card, which costs between NZ$30 and NZ$40 for 60 days of accesss.

A kiwi can either be a small greenish fruit, a bird, or a New Zealander. Silly uncultured American.

Which term; silly, uncultured, American, or Kiwi?

And I don't believe Kiwi is, but JuSmurf, Tanitha, AnA, and maybe KrazyKiwi (if my assumption is correct) could answer better than I could.

I wonder why you think he is uncultured....How is a kiwi part of a society culture?

It is part of nature...But, I'm sure you have not memorized all parts of nature in all parts of the globe, have you?
