Help!

does anyone know anythin about wands??

how come mine doesnt shoot and the border of the picture on my tool bar is green. what does that mean?

Hit P, that ought to bring up the character skill book. Find a skill called shoot wand. Move the icon of that, into your quick action slots. Press that button and you'll be firing your wand.

Not quite sure what you mean with the rest of your question. Can you take a screenshot and host it at say photobucket or something? (Use a program like irfanview to transfer the .tga format into standard .jpeg) Might help me understand what you're on about.
