Quick question with my UI

I am new to wow UI customization and I have started a new UI. I think I have somewhat of a understending of which mods i need, what they do, and how to use them. My question is how do I get rid of my defalt blizz bar at the bottom of the screen, the one with my spellbook, talents, spots for spells etc....

I have seen UIs that have these in different locations (does bartender3 do this i have not put that one on yet), do i need a mod that moves these (spellbook, backpack, ect.) somehow, or can i unlock them somehow and move them my self.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Your bar mod will in most cases remove the default. Bartender3 removes them, as does Bongos.
Just make sure you do NOT have any of the bars checked in Interface Options, advanced Tab.
