Which mod?? Sound on entering combat...

I redid my UI and now every time I attack I get a very loud horn that blows letting me know that I have entered combat? I can not seem to find where to turn this off. I really want to just have 'Entering Combat' pop up on the screen.
Also, if I am fighting multiple mobs every time I change targets that horn blows. I know I am in combat, thanks though.

Here is a list of addons that I can remember(currently at work):

Hope someone can help soon! This is very annoying...

I don't think it's part of SCT but it would kind of make sense.

Do /sct menu and have a look through that.

I actually did "/sct standby" and was still getting the horn!

I call myself checking the setting for all the mods I have loaded and did not seeing anything in regards to the 'entering combat' sounds.

Sure you don't have Critical Alert? The only mod I've come across that does that.
