Mage macro help

I have just respecced my mage to frost and am starting to try AoE grinding with varying levels of sucess (sometimes works sometimes too slow with the key presses and die :( )

I was thinking that maybe a macro whereby I could dismount then frost nova then blink would help a bit, would the following work:

/castsequence [combat] Dismount, Frost Nova, Blink

I understand that I would have to press the button 3 times, but this way it would be a simple 3 clicks of the same button then do a 90 degree turn, strafe away a bit another 90 degree turn then blizzard.

Am I on the right track?
