Looking for the health&mana additional frame addon

Hey, I have seen a nice mod long time ago, but I forgot it's name and I cant find it now. It adds a additional frame linked to the character frame, and shows there health and mana info like on the screen below:



Plz give me it's name

I don't know which mod just adds that little tidbit, but there are other unit frames mods that do that and a lot more.

I currently use X-Perl

Gypsy Mod used to do that but it is long dead.
