Need some help (Chat messages)

Hi, sorry if this has been asked before or if its a silly question but I'm new to the whole UI customization part.

I recently added in a few addons such as ChatMOD, Trinity Bars, Simple Mini Map, XArt, ag_unit frames, FuBar and WIM. I started out first downloading a collection of mods compiled by another user which came with his own settings. Somehow, that messed up my chat window original settings by separating normal chat action announcements like "You have made a heavy mageweave bandage' from the 'General' window and put it solely into 'Combat Log'. By default, they were at both.

On top of that, I now cannot see what NPC's have to say in either the general or combat log windows nor can I see rolls on loot or who got what.

My question is, is there any way to get back action announcements, NPC talking and rolls back into my 'General' chat? I've tried reverting to simple chat but it does not seem to fix the problem.

If you just want to reset all your mod/ui settings, delete your OMG, WTF and WDB folders and you'll reset everything.

lol. I think you forgot the BFD =P. The mod that messed up your chat log/combat log is prat. The one with the NPC is probably skipGossip or something like that. If you cant find that one the hold control when you click on an NPC.
