/\ What he said, but I don't think it is Ct_buffmod. i think it is elkano's. CT has a yellow arrow thing at the bottom so you can enlarge it.

That is CT_BuffMod. CT_BuffMod colors all auras and passive buffs green and temporary weapons buffs purple. Elkano's colors them Blue. Elkano's use the green bars for showing poison debuffs and purple for curse debuffs.

Skillbar? the row of buttons with your spells and stuff? Goto you Interface Menu (ESC -> Interface), select the Advanced Tab, and uncheck ALL of the ActionBar entries. To hide the MiniMap, move AddOns like MoveAnything, Discord Frame Modifier or Visor will allow you to move or hide any part of the UI. To hide chat boxes, I usually don't hide them but I do hide the arrows and such. zChat is an excellent small AddOn for this purpose.

simpleMiniMap replaces the minimap for you so there's no need to hide/move it manually. Bartender3 will do the same for the action bars (as long as you turn off the extra ones in the client interface options). The chat frames haven't been disabled in that screenshot.
