Missing mod / setting

I dont know what i have done, but im hoping you guys can help.. since you are normally great.

Used to be, if i clicked on an item link in chat, that at the bottom of the tool tip it would tell me the current price on the AH (or whatever price was there when i last did a scan)

OR, if it was an enchant etc, it would tell me the total cost of the mats, and then suggest a sale price (including a markup)

Now tho... i get nothing... so whenever someone asks me how much something is worth, i have no idea...

I have a feeling i have lost a setting somewhere, but have NO idea where...

Auctioneer and Enchantrix are the two addons you are referring to.

Auctioneer no longer loads on entering the game in order to save memory.

To load Auctioneer all you need to do is visit the AH (which you should be doing to scan every day any way). If you have logged an alt and don't need to scan again you can manually load it:

/auctioneer load

Enchantrix cannot give the prices until Auctioneer is loaded, as it's needs it to work out the price to charge based on current AH prices.

I have both Auctioneer and Enchantrix set to 'load always' tho :(

I have no idea what i did, but i deleted Auctioneer and all the dependants, and also deleted the saved variables, then reinstalled auctioneer and bits, and now it works again :)

Yeah, you may have had an old version of it. Glad thats its working now.
