Opera mouse gestures not working correctly

It seems a change to how links on the main page are displayed has removed a standard functionality from Opera.

For instance, I use mouse gestures to open links to addons I want to check out in the background, so when I am done browsing the list, I can go through each background tab and view the ones I wanted to see. On the main page, the links aren't recognized as links and this functionality doesn't work and only reopens the current page in a new tab (so it looks for a link where the cursor is hovering, doesn't see one, and just duplicates the tab as it is supposed to when the gesture is done NOT over a link).

Funny thing is if I use keyboard modifiers and a mouse click, it works. Is there some change that was done to how links are displayed on the main page (and possible elsewhere, haven't tested that yet)?

Another thing I've noticed in Opera is that the search box isn't recognized as a search box, so I couldn't right-click on it to create a new search (so, for example, I can type "wu keyword" in my address bar to search this site for "keyword") like I can with any other site's search.

Actually, I can't even click on most of the search box to use it from the site... I can only click on a tiny bit of it toward the right side. :(

Yeah I personally use Opera and have found the bug where you can only click on the bottom half of the text box and unfortunately this is actually a bug within Opera and not with the site itself. I am still trying to track that one but since only Opera is doing it, it's fairly difficult to find any other reason for it happening.

I can right click on it and choose "Create search...", however. I am not sure what you're talking about with the gestures as I haven't tried the feature but if you explain a bit clearer I can probably help.

Thanks for the feedback (and it's nice to see some fellow Opera users..it's by far the best browser ever..so a big hello to you :p).
