Questions about instalation, not actual PTR gameplay

hey guys. i played on the PTR for a while. had a bunch of guys, had fun, yadda yadda. but then one day, i tried logging in on the PTR, and it kept downloading the patch every time i logged in ( typed in info and hit enter) it wouldent come up as the characters you had, it would come up as the downloading page, like when you get a new patch. and it keeps doing that.
my question...
1. is PTR closed? if so, thats probly why i cant do PTR or w/e

They release usually 1 or 2 builds a week, each one requires pacthing.

I personally don't know - I dont' play on the PTR

Be sure to remove your previous installation of the WowTest folder (don't forget to get your screenies out first). If you don't do that before installation, it can get really weird.

I missed the Brewfest preview because I screwed up my installation the first time :(
