Ok, I realize that the addons are all considered public domain and that I do not "own" the ones I create, however, somebody reposted my own mod under his own name without making ANY changes to the mod whatsoever. I don't mind somebody making an offshoot of my mod or adding some new features or their own twist on it, but to repost it without changing it is completely wrong.

The only difference is that he somehow got ahold of the beta version of my mod that's saved on my hard drive (I may have uploaded it as a beta at one point but it doesn't seem to be there anymore). The only thing different in the beta version is some stuff for setting alpha transparency that doesn't work properly yet.
Also, on a side note, the one he posted shows up in UICentral where my original one does not. How do I fix that?
