2.3 PTR is Live

just letting you know that the 2.3 PTR is live and however the character transfer queue is full and there is a 4 day wait on copied characters and no pre-mades, makes me wanna find a gnome to kick.... here gnomey gnomey gnomey.

Why it's true that 2.3 is live on the test servers, the US PVE is immune to copies. Only copies to the US PVP server are working. I've logged on several times on a 1st level to the US PVE test server and found that the highest level is 20th. As of right now, there is a thread started by blue concerning this problem that is now 18 pages long on the US forums.

European PTR has been live for 3 days, But charachter copy page has been borked due to stress so we are waiting for the yanks to get off their weekend break and fix it.
