Re-Downloading it all

I just re-installed World of Warcraft and was wondering, do i need to start from like 1.1? or is there somewhere i can start without loosing too much. and whats a good place to download the patches from because bliz's downloader...sucks. sorry if this question is going around alot

filefront has all the patch's. I'd say see what blizzard's downloader starts at, and download it from filefront.
