I took all the info we had already and made this list. I'll add new things to it as we discover them, but please continue to add things you find that aren't here already. Please submit or read about bugs in the Known Issues thread.

General
Some NPCs at the Sanctum of the Stars, including Commander Hobb, have had their bow models updated.
The buildings that connect the various parts of Thunder Bluff no longer dismount players, or take Druids out of [spell]Travel Form[/spell].
There are new loading screen tips.
Some game physics have been changed to prevent players wall climbing/wall jumping.
When landing in water you now sink enough to have to hold your breath.
Druid
Druids that were in [spell]Tree of Life[/spell] Form or [spell]Moonkin Form[/spell] will now be able to auto-shift out to mount up.
[spell]Moonkin Form[/spell] is now affected by the Fel Orc Costume buff.
Hunter
Ammo Pouches and Arrow Quivers can no longer be simultaneously equipped in your character's bag slots.
Pet Boar's Charge ability generates a lot less threat compared to post-2.4 threat lists.
[spell]Snake Trap[/spell] and snakes spawned from the trap will no longer despawn when the hunter dies (same mechanic as other traps).
Mage
[spell]Icy Veins[/spell] now has a sound when cast (crackling sound, similar to new Priest [spell]Power Word: Shield[/spell] spell).
[spell]Ice Barrier[/spell] now absorbs more damage.
Paladin
[spell]Righteous Defense[/spell] can now be cast on all friendly targets.
Items intended for Retribution paladins have been rebalanced. Spell Damage has been replaced with stats such as Critical Strike Rating, Haste Rating, and Strength on Season 1 and 2, Tier 4, Tier 5 and Tier 6, and other miscellaneous Retribution gear (Season 3 was already changed in patch 2.3).
The animation and flight speed of Avenger's Shield has been increased.
Priest
[spell]Touch of Weakness[/spell] no longer interrupts channeling when it procs.
[spell]Mind Vision[/spell] can no longer be used in Arena. It also doesn't interrupt drinking/eating.
[spell]Power Word: Shield[/spell] now has a different sound when cast.
Rogue
Attempting to pickpocket a target that has been picked will produce a message informing that the target's pocket has been picked.
Cheat Death ability now properly reduce incoming damage (was bugged since 2.3.2 patch and absorbed too much damage: it decreased all incoming damage by 90% and then absorbed 90% of damage taken. In sum it is 99% of absorption for 3 seconds.)
If a rogue hits an immune enemy, he will not lose his combo points.
Performing [spell]Deadly Throw[/spell] no longer automatically turns you towards your target.
The animation for the Shadowbolt seems to move faster than before.
Warrior
[spell]Whirlwind[/spell] has a new sound.
Charge and Intercept will now move the player to his target (not miles away).
PvP
Temporary buffs from Warsong Gulch, Arathi Basin and Eye of the Storm now count as buffs instead of debuffs, in line with the change that opposite factions can see your buffs.
Professions
Alchemy
Four new Alchemy Stones added, all need the previous [item]Alchemist's Stone[/item].
[item]Assassin's Alchemist Stone[/item] confers +108 AP, Increases effect of Healing and Mana potion +40%.
[item]Guardian's Alchemist Stone[/item] confers +54 Defense Rating, Increases effect of Healing and Mana potion +40%.
[item]Sorcerer's Alchemist Stone[/item] confers +63 Damage/Healing, Increases effect of Healing and Mana potion +40%.
[item]Redeemer's Alchemist Stone[/item] confers +119 Healing (+40 Damage), Increases effect of Healing and Mana potion +40%.
Blacksmithing
All grinding stone recipes have now been correctly categorized.
Engineering
Engineering pets no longer scale with Engineer skill, but levels instead.
Engineering Skill 350 Epic goggles now have a L62 requirement.
Herbalism
Nightmare Vine now has spawn points at both Forge Camp: Wrath and Forge Camp: Terror in Blade's Edge Mountains.
When gathering Nightmare Vine there is an increased chance of gaining the Nightmare Pollen debuff.
Mining
Mining nodes now drop more rare quality gems than before.
The quests for giving players [item]Stormpike Insignia[/item] or [item]Frostwolf Insignia[/item] had their level adjusted for level 70 players. As a result each trinket upgrade will additionally give 11 gold, 40 silver at level 70 due to increased experience gain.
Dungeons & Raids
Black Temple
Reliquary of Souls is bugged and isn't casting Deaden nor shielding in Phase 2.
Supremus has had his size increased. The hitbox of Supremus has also been reduced significantly.
Mount Hyjal
Regular mob kills now give 12 reputation per kill.
Horde Camp Witch Doctors no longer put down healing totems.
Archimonde's hitbox is now about the size of the one on ROS.
Warriors can no longer Intercept back on air bursts.
Mining nodes in MH don't appear to drop Uncommon (green) quality gems any more, have a higher droprate on Epic quality gems and now drop a grey fragment that sells for 30g/stack (20 stack).
The area around Archimonde in Battle for Mount Hyjal has been decreased in size and players are no longer able to go into the hills around his area in order to use a geographical exploit.
Tempest Keep
Void Reaver no longer targets a player before casting an Arcane Orb, so boss Add Ons such as BigWigs or Deadly Boss Mods are no longer able to warn of incoming Orbs.
Flame patches in the second phase of the Al'ar encounter can no longer be killed with [spell]Spell Reflection[/spell] by warriors.
The duration of the Mental Exhaustion debuff has been reduced, such that you only need one person to per cube. Also, there can only be one Infernal per Channeler.
Karazhan
Releasing a chess piece in Karazhan sometimes bumps you back to Curator's room now.
The Prince Malchezaar encounter in Karazhan has had its safe spots on the left side of the room removed as of 3/26/08.
Items
Items with cooldowns now have text "Cooldown Remaining: mm:ss" at their tooltips.
Corrected tooltips for most trinkets to show more accurate cooldowns (only tooltip text change). For instance, [item]Bladefist's Breadth[/item] now show correct cooldown of 1.5 minutes instead of 2 minutes.
The [item]Zapthrottle Mote Extractor[/item] has a new on-use animation.
Stats of [item]Shifting Tanzanite[/item] changed from +5 STR and +4 AGI to +5 AGI and +6 STA.
[item]Stratholme Holy Water[/item] does less damage. Most likely a cause of no longer being affected by Spell Damage bonuses.
[item]Brewfest Pony Keg[/item] now lets you choose where to put it.
[item]Mechanical Dragonling[/item] and [item]Mithril Mechanical Dragonling[/item] now have a cooldown of twenty minutes instead of an hour. They are also caped at level 40 (Mithril) and 50 (Arcanite).
[item]Corpsemaker[/item] has had its required level drop from 29 to level 27.
[item]Mystical Skyfire Diamond[/item] now grants 320 Spell haste, which is 20% faster casting instead of cast in half time, and the focus effect from it lasts 4 seconds, down from 6.
Rare quality (blue) gems can now be pick-pocketed.
The faceguard portion of the Druid Gladiator armour set have gotten a change of colour to match the other parts of the set.
Warlock Season 3 Gloves have have a graphics change.
On both the normal and epic Night Elf sabers, the rider has been shifted forward.
[item]Captured Flame[/item] is now a Rare item, instead of Common.
User Interface
Tutorial hints (after clicking on the yellow exclamation mark at the bottom of the screen) are now displayed in the centre instead of at the bottom.
Separate options added to display names of pets, companions, or creations for friendly or hostile units.
Raid Window in default Blizzard UI will no longer be empty or locked if opened during combat.
Players can now show the raid icons in chat, by typing {} around the name of the symbol, eg {skull}.
Sounds
There is new music in Orgrimmar and Thunder Bluff inns.
Equipping a fishing pole will now mute the music.
Soulwell now make an ambient sound around it.
Portals now have an ambient sound.
Ritual of Refreshment now has a different sound.
All Dragonwhelp pets now have sounds when clicked (previously only Black and Nether ones).
Blood Elves' racial mount, the Hawkstrider, now makes a sound when the spacebar is pressed and the mount is stationary.
Many places and zones have new background music.
Frog pets now play a sound when clicked.
World Environment
Monstrous Kaliri now fly way more quickly and more or less dismount you with one hit.
Dragonmaw Transporters will now hover above you and shoot you full of arrows before finally descending into melee range.
Winged Demons in the Blade's Edge Mountains (Ogri'la plateau) and Hellfire Peninsula (Pools of Aggonar) have started to use their wings instead of walking back and forth.
All Lightning Wasps have been removed from Bash'ir landing, there are only ethereals and elementals left there.
The Fel Orcs on Netherwing Ledge now speak like other NPCs do with voice emotes.
Skyguard Khatie in Skyguard Outpost in Blade's Edge is now mounted and flying on a nether ray.
Just going to mention that due to a technical problem, we needed to re-make the thread. If you wonder why your posts have been deleted. It was not intentional, please keep postin =)
It worked fine at first, as long as you went in with a totally unsaved group, and cleared it in one go. Now, if you go back (said, if you had to leave the last boss to go and raid..), then although the bosses are dead, you can't pass the first boss room, as the door is closed.
Also, people who haven't done the instance for 24 hours can form a group, enter in heroic, and get a save without killing bosses.
Like I said, worked perfectly at first, but it's proving unplayably buggy now. I've cleared it a couple of times in heroic, but can't any more.
