Effect: Reduces your target's resistance to all your spells and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -5 target's resistance, -20% threat, Rank 2 = -10 target's resistance, -40% threat.

Talent: Magic Attunement
Effect: Increases the effect of your Amplify Magic and Dampen Magic spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 25% Rank 2 = 50%.
