Effect: Increases the chance to apply poisons to your target.
Statistics: Rank 1 = +2%, Rank 2 = +4%, Rank 3 = +6%, Rank 4 = +8%, Rank 5 = +10%.

Talent: Master Poisoner
Effect: Reduces the chance your poisons will be resisted and increases your chance to resist Poison effects.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -10% chance / +15% resist, Rank 2 = -20% chance / +30% resist.

Subtlety Tree

Talent: Dirty Tricks
Effect: Increases the range of your Blind and Sap abilities and reduces the Energy cost of your Blind and Sap abilities.
Statistics: Rank 1 = +2 yards / -25% Energy, Rank 2 = +5 yards / -50% Energy.

Talent: Elusiveness
Effect: Reduces the cooldown of your Vanish and Blind abilities by 1 min.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -45 sec, Rank 2 = -1 min.
