Capital City

Capital City, or "Lordaeron" in some cases, was the main human settlement in the Eastern Kingdoms a few years before the events of WoW. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Lordaeron, and was ruled by King Terenas Menethil until his son, the Death Knight Arthas killed him and razed both the city and the Kingdom. The ruins of what was Capital City is now called Undercity and is ruled by Sylvanas Windrunner and the Forsaken.
