This is a skill of the final boss of Upper Blackrock Spire, General Drakkisath, as well as the Headless Horseman, a mob that appears in the Graveyard wing of the Scarlet Monastery. This ability causes 3000 Fire damage over 10 seconds and causes affected characters to run around in confusion. Also, if a character should be inflicted with Conflagration, the flames will occasionally burn nearby friendly targets.
