Talent: Concussion
Effect: Increases the damage done by your Lightning Bolt, Chain Lightning and Shock spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 1%, Rank 2 = 2%, Rank 3 = 3%, Rank 4 = 4%, Rank 5 = 5%.

Talent: Reverberation
Effect: Reduces the cooldown of your Shock spells.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -0.2 sec, Rank 2 = -0.4 sec, Rank 3 = -0.6 sec, Rank 4 = -0.8 sec, Rank 5 = -1 sec.

Talent: Elemental Precision Shaman
Effect: Increases your Chance to Hit with Fire, Frost and Nature spells by a % and reduces the Threat caused by Fire, Frost and Nature spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = Chance to hit +2% & threat -4%. Rank 2 = Chance to hit +4% & threat -7%. Rank 3 = Chance to hit +6% & threat -10%.

Talent: Elemental Mastery Talent
Effect: When activated, this spell gives your next Fire, Frost, or Nature damage spell a 100% critical strike chance and reduces the mana cost by 100%.

Effect: Reduces the mana cost of your instant cast spells by a %.

Effect: Instantly attack with both weapons. In addition, the next 2 sources of Nature damage dealt to the target are increased by 20%. Lasts 12 sec.
