Elixir of Water Walking is a random reward from Bag of Fishing Treasures off the Barlo's Daily Fishing Quests. You can find Barlo around coordinates [38,12] in Terokkar Forest, Outland.

If you are an alchemist, you can craft Elixir of Water Walking. This recipe is a random drop from killing . These can be found in the lake northeast of Shattrath City and north of the Cenarion Thicket -- where you find Barlo.

Once you have learned the recipe, the material requirements to craft Elixir of Water Walking is 3x Ethereal Oil and 1x Imbued Vial.

Ethereal Oil is an Alchemist crafted material. You can learn how to make Ethereal Oil by learning it from Crystal Brightspark (Grand Master Alchemy Trainer). You can find her on the northwest wing of the Argent Tournament Grounds.

This elixir allows you to walk on water. You can even mount your ground or flying mount. You can also fish while having the water walking buff.
