Khadgar

A young mage from Dalaran who went on to become Medivh's only apprentice. After finding out that Medivh was under the control of the demon lord Sargeras, he and Garona Halforcen assisted Anduin Lothar in killing him. Unfortunately, Medivh cast a curse on Khadgar that made his appearance look immensely aged before he died. The mage went on to fight the Orcish Horde in the First War, as well as leading the Alliance against the orcs in the Second War and beyond the Dark Portal.

In the end, he was prepared to sacrifice his life for his homeworld, and stayed on Draenor to close the portal forever as the world was ripping to bits. He was presumed dead for the last twenty or so years until the Dark Portal was once again opened by the demon Kazzak, and he is now found in Shattrath City leading the forces loyal to the Naruu A'dal.

Khadgar is to be found in Shattrath City, when you converse with him he says the following:

• "The naaru are wise beyond our understanding. I've learned more from A'Dal in the last five months than all the years I spent at the libraries of Dalaran."

When talking to Khadgar you can ask him the following question: "So how do you fit into all this? How did you come to Shattrath?" He replies:

• "There are other worlds, such as this one and such as Azeroth. The battle betweeen the legion and the naaru is waged here as well. Some are won and some are lost. It was in one such world where I met A'dal and convinced the Sha'tar that they'd best come here and in a hurry. From the looks of it, they might've made it just in time to turn the tide."
