Quest Starts
Light's Hope Chapel quest is given by Argent Scout located beneath the Undercity bank or any other major city.
Mission
The Scourge have returned in greater numbers than we have seen before. This must be the doing of the Lich King! The Argent Dawn is recruiting all willing and capable men and women to defend our lands.
If we share common cause, take this document to the Keeper of the Rolls at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.

Deliver the Call to Arms Announcement to the Keeper of the Rolls at Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands.
Call to Arms Announcement
The item placed in your inventory is a letter that can be opened by double-clicking the item:

Conclusion
After reaching Light's Hope Chapel, go to the area where the Argent Dawn Quartermaster usually stands at, near the Alliance gryphon master. There you will find the Keeper of the Rolls.

The Argent Dawn placed the call for aid, and you have answered. There is no time for us to provide you with training. Our faith is placed in your abilities, and that you will join us throwing back this Scourge threat.
