Anduin Lothar

Also known as Sir Lothar, Lord Lothar, and Regent Lord of Azeroth, Lion of Azeroth. The last in line of the Kings of Arathor. One of King Llane Wrynn's personal Honor Guard and Guardian of Prince Varian Wrynn, Sir Anduin Lothar was a hero of the First and Second Wars, leading the armies of Azeroth against the invading Orcish Horde, and leading the people of Azeroth in their retreat across the Great Sea to the lands of Lordaeron.

Went on to plead to King Terenas Menethil of Lordaeron to create an Alliance between human kingdoms, and was elected Supreme Commander of the Alliance against the Horde.

Having routed the Orcs and driven them back to their last stronghold of Blackrock Spire at the end of the Second War, Lord Lothar was killed by Orgrim Doomhammer near Blackrock Spire, where a monument is erected in his honour.
