Here is all the information so far on the instance, Magister's Terrace. It will be located on the Isle of Quel'Danas, implemented in Patch 2.4, thought to go live around March 2008.

The Instance

• The Magister's Terrace will be a 5-man dungeon
• It will be mostly outdoors
• It can be played on Normal or Heroic level
• It will be the first dungeon with a Heroic Mode in Azeroth, not including the Caverns of Time Instances.
• There are four bosses
• In terms of difficulty, this instance will be comparable with the Shadow Labyrinth and Shattered Halls
• This dungeon will be unlocked at the start but not all bosses can be done at the beginning before unlocking them through dailies
• Reputation involved in this dungeon is the Shattered Sun Offensive (Aldor and Scryers combine forces)
• The instance contains the Blood Elf Observatory, which looked over the Sunwell

The instance is located on the North Eastern corner of the Isle of Quel'Danas, as seen in the picture to the left.

Bosses and Loot

Some facts about the bosses and loot in Magister's Terrace:

• In Normal mode, the first three bosses drop a selection of approximately 15 blue items
• These items will be the same quality as normal level 70 dungeon loot
• In Heroic mode, all of the bosses will drop epic items of Karazhan quality
• The last boss, Kael’Thas Sunstrider, drops epic items the same quality as Prince Malchezaar's loot, in Karazhan
