Talent: Silent Resolve
Effect: Reduces the threat generated by your Holy and Discipline spells by a % and reduces the chance your spells will be dispelled by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -4% threat & -4% dispell. Rank 2 = 8% threat& -8% dispell. Rank 3 = 12% threat & -12% dispell.

Talent: Meditation
Effect: Allows a % of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 5%, Rank 2 = 10%, Rank 3 = 15%.

Talent: Improved Mana Burn
Effect: Reduces the casting time of your Mana Burn spell.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -0.5 sec casting time, Rank 2 = -1 sec casting time.
