BG's NPCs in Shattrath moved to Lower City
The Battlemasters in Shattrath City have been moved to the Lower City right at the bottom of the ramps leading down from the terrace of light.
Arena battlemasters added to Shattrath City
New battlemasters in all cities for the Eye of the Storm battleground.
Terrace of Light in Shattrath allows mounted movement
Grand Master Blacksmith [Dumphry] added at Wester Tower in HFP
New Quest [Fel Orc Scavengers <TXT>] at [Lieutenant Amadi] at Western Tower in HFP
New Sporeggar rewards - [Sporeling's Firestick], [Hardened Stone Shard]

Rogues:

Cloak of Shadow replaced by Shadowstep (41pts talent in sub tree)
Cloak of Shadows is now a buyable skill lvl 66 at trainer (2 min cd ability in baseline).
New reagent for high level deadly poison Maiden's anguish ( no more 10 deathweed a poison)

Hunter:

Druid:

Use to be 25% additional damage to bleed effects. It's now. 30% additional damage from shred and bleed effects.

Shaman:

Earth Elemental Totem was reduced to 528mana, Shaman res is now 1715 mana at 66
Spirit Weapons (Shaman Talent) is now fixed and giving appropriate parry percentage

Paladin:

Improved Righteous Fury - Now provides 6% damage reduction as well as the improved threat on holy attacks
Improved Divine Shield, changed to Sacred Duty - gives 6% more stamina in addition
Crusader Strike 10 CD but it seems to have its mana reduced (was 106 to me on Talent Tree before the patch and now its 85).
Vengeance from 15% to 10%

The Mag'har quartermaster has new faction wares. Included is this two-handed axe:

The graphics for the armor are shown too. All the items are Rare quality.

PvP:

New Battleground opened : Eye of the Storm (15vs15 bg where you have to cap nodes, more details inc soon)

Professions:

New blacksmithing stuff added at trainers in Shattrah (check pic below)
New resistance armor recipes on both Aldor and Scryer quartermasters. Scryers get arcane resist gear and Aldor get shadow resist gear.
New Mag'har rep quest in Nagrand. 10 Obsidian Warbeads gives 500 rep, repeatable. Alliance side has quest [Fierce Enemies] at [Warden Lolol] - 10x[Obsidian Warbead]
CoT is on the LFG tool
Bug UI is gone
Silvermoon and Undercity have rooms with orbs to transport you back and forth now instead of NPCs
Elekk mount vendor and riding instructor now in place.
Female Draenei horns now stick through their helm.
Level cap is still in place and Blade's Edge is still closed.
Ango'rosh Ogres are blue now, and the shamans have a new model.
Xp to level gone up by alot (913601 at lvl 67 to 70 for example).
UC portal to Silvermoon is now in a room to the right of the UC courtyard as you enter the city. They also renamed the Object from a DooDad to "Orb of Translocation"
In Shattrath, there are now mounted guards who you can talk to for directions, but they don't know where anything is yet but they mention that they will know in a week.
They changed the graphic of Molten Armor
Changed the graphic of "Netherwind Shoulders" back to the glowing balls
Female Blood Elves combat stance was changed.
The anvils in Shattrath work now.
Lethari who sells 3 engineering patters has been moved to Lower City.
