Prince Keleseth
From wow.incgamers.com
As well as featuring heavily in the Death Knight starting quests, Prince Keleseth (The San'layn) is the first boss in Utgarde Keep, the level 70 - 72 instance in Howling Fjord. His place in the instance is as the Scourge ambassador to the Vrykul.

Quest
If it is your first time at Utgarde Keep, make sure to grab the quests at Vengeance's Landing from High Executor Anselm who wants you to to go into Utgarde to slay Prince Keleseth. The quest is titled: A Score to Settle.
Intro
This elf prince thinks he can come to my town, insult my queen, kill my men and get away with it? He thinks we're going to stand by while the hordes of Utgarde build up to launch an attack?
Not in a million years.
You're going to walk right into Utgarde and kill him in front of any of these vrykul gorillas that might be watching. I want Arthas to know that we've arrived and we're playing for keeps.
Progress
It is good to see you again, (name). Unless you haven't killed that aberration of an elf yet, in which case I'd get going if I were you.
Completion
Revenge feels good. To think that this is but a taste of what's to come.
Tactics
As soon as the room has been cleared of the assembled Vrykul, players can go ahead and pull Keleseth.
He will randomly cast Frost Tomb on players throughout the fight, which encases players in ice, preventing them from doing anything until the tomb has either expired, or is destroyed by fellow players. The tomb can be destroyed in a few seconds, it has ~7k hp, and the player may resume his duties in the fight. If left encased, the tomb causes around 400 damage per second, and lasts for 20 seconds.
Keleseth also spawns undead mobs to help him during the fight. They can be grouped up and destroyed easily, but they will resurrect, so keep an eye on your healer.

Loot
Here is what Prince Keleseth drops:

- Shadow Bolt: Deals 2975 to 4025 shadow damage. 40 yard range and 2 sec cast.
- Frost Tomb: Immobilizes the target for 20 seconds and causes 400 damage per second. You should attack the player affected by frost tomb in order to free the target. Specially if it is a healer. Divine Shield and Blink can be used to escape frost tomb.
