The Instance

The Scholomance is a fun instance to visit, the war against the Dark Irons can be ended right here. It is one of many instance which commonly used to be tackled by level 60 groups, but these days it sees much less interest due to the new level 70 level cap.

Location

The academy of the necromantic arts, Scholomance, is the educational center of the Cult of the Damned. Though it's location is a secret to the Alliance and the Horde, it is known by a few to lie under the keep on the island of Caer Darrow, an abandoned Alliance fortress. Scholomance requires a special key for entry, which can only be made through a quest line given to you through actions taken against the Scourge of the Western Plaguelands. Will you lay waste to the unholy unknowns within its crypts, or will you be raised as one of its latest recruits?
