The Instance
The Stockades, or Stormwind Stockade, is almost a "Alliance only" instance as it is located in their capital city of Stormwind. It is very rarely visited by Horde players (similar to Ragefire Chasm). The Stockades is one of the two prison locales in Stormwind, the other one being "The Vault" (which is currently cut off from players). The Stockades was built to host some of the most dangerous criminals to the kingdom and the Alliance, and recently there has been a revolt where the prisoners have broken free, and they need to be neutralized. The instance is aimed at players between the levels 22-30, and has a group limit of 5.
Mobs inside the instance consist of Humans, an Ironforge Dwarf, a Dark Iron Dwarf, an Ogre and an Orc.

Location
The Stockades, is located in the eastern part of Stormwind, outside the Mage Quarter in the "Canals" district. Alliance players can, reach it very easily by just taking a griffon to Stormwind. It is aimed at players between the levels 22-30, and has a group limit of 5.
