Effect: Reduces the cooldown of your Vanish and Blind abilities by 1 min.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -45 sec, Rank 2 = -1 min.

Talent: Preparation Talent
Effect: When activated, this ability immediately finishes the cooldown on your Evasion, Sprint, Vanish, Cold Blood, Adrenaline Rush and Premeditation abilities.
Statistics: N/A.
